TROUBLESHOOTING
1. When there is no sound on one side of both earbuds or not being able to pair: please charge
for one hour first and follow the above steps to factory reset, and then ignore the SportSound
earbuds (if any) from the Bluetooth list of the phone and re-pair it.
2. When PALOVUE SportSound APP can not be used normally: please uninstall, and then
re-download it.
3. If the other party finds your voice too low during the call or about wearing problems: please
try to replace the ear-tips of different models, and then please follow the above-mentioned
wearing style to wear and try to adjust the wearing position to get the best comfort.
WARM TIPS:
1. After you get the product, please pick up the earbuds and remove a film between the
charging pins and earbuds(The film is used to prevent the battery from running out during the
shipping process), and then put the earbuds back into the charging case for charging, which
can ensure that the product can be used effectively. Then, please reset it before use.
2. Please clean the earbuds and charging post's pogo pins regularly to avoid poor
contact due to dirt.
3. SportSound earbuds can be set in the SportSound APP to turn on/off the noise-reduction
mode, and the first call after setting will take effect. (Note that the settings during the call
cannot take effect immediately)
