USE ONLY THE ACCESORIES AND THE ADAPTIVE UNITS MENTIONED IN THE BRIEFINGS, OR ANY THAT
HAVE BEEN RECOMMENDED BY THE MANUFACTURER OF THE MACHINE. The use of other accesories,
except those recommended in the briefings, in the catalogue, or recommended by the manufactured can
be dangerous. All the security elements should be substituted only by other equivalents, homologated by
the CE, and always be in perfect state.
The use life of detergent is aproxiamtely one month with an indefinite use of daily working hours. Those are
approximate numbers; every customer could check by themselves when it is necessay to change the detergent
( according to the external look ).
After the we will empty the machine ( it has to be switched off alwas) connecting it to a drainage and rinse
the inside of the machine with water to remove any possible rest.
Once we are sure the deposit hasn´t remains of the detergent we can close the exit pipe. Connect the
machine to the electrical network. Do this operation always with dry hands and using protector gloves.
After connecting it, the red light will be on ( indicating the machine is connected ) but won´t have yet best
working temperature.
Fill the tank with water until the mark of limit ( basket holders) and add the Dk-6 detergent inside the
machine.Use gloves and glasses to carry out this action.
Once you have fillef the tank, clese the upper cover and press the general switch button of the machine.
The thermostat will turn on automatically and the temperature will increase gradually while the water is
being heated. The temperature will be shown in an
intermittent way until the programmed temperature is reached ( 75ºC). We inform you that the icon * will
appear on thermostat screen while the water is being heated and the temperature is less than 75ºC.This
icon will disappeatr when the temperature is 75ºC.
IMPORTANT: When the temperature of the water is less than 75ºC for any reason, the icon * will appear
automatically and the machine will begin to heat until the recommended temperature is reached.
After some minutes, you will have the machine ready to remove the grease and dirty of your kitchen tools.
The detergent is not caustic or toxic, does not corrode aluminium and it is biodegradable. The only caution is
to wear gloves.
Some type of maintenance is essential to enhance the life of your machine. Take some minutes to clean often
the grease remover. Before cleaning the machine, be sure it is switched off and disconnected from the electric
net. Don´t use thinner, benzene or other volatile cleaning agens for cleaning inside the machine. Use a damp
cloth with a bit of neuter soap and make sure to clarify any rest of soap that could still remain.
To clean the exterior you can use a cloth and a wiper liquid. Follow the manufactured indications when you
change the detergent.
Remember that if the machine works with a very detergent it will not give good results.
