1. With the appliance in standby, press the on-off button to select the working mode.
The selection sequence is:
2. Press and hold the on-off button pressed for 3 seconds to switch the water level
LED on. You can now clearly see the water level through the water level window.
Press and hold for 3 seconds to switch the LED off.
•
The power LED will burn red when the appliance runs short of water. Also, the
appliance will automatically switch off when it runs out of water.
•
The power LED will burn white when the appliance is running.
•
The appliance will automatically stop working as soon as you lift it. Therefore, do
not lift the appliance while it is working.
After Use
1. Switch off the appliance and unplug from the mains.
2. Do not leave water in the tank. Pour the remaining water from the tank and dry
with a clean cloth.
6. Care and Maintenance
Before starting any cleaning or maintenance activities:
1. Unplug the appliance from the mains.
2. Let the appliance cool down.
Cleaning
•
Wipe all exterior surfaces of the appliance clean with a soft cloth dampened with a
soap and water solution. Do not immerse or submerge any part of the appliance in
water or any other liquid. Never use solvents or cleaning agents containing
petroleum (petrol, kerosene, oil), paint thinner, turpentine, alcohol, or ammonia.
•
Make sure the water valve at the bottom of the tank is kept clean.
Maintenance
•
The appliance does not need any maintenance apart from descaling. To do so,
weekly wipe the tank with undiluted white vinegar to remove the scales, rinse with
fresh water and wipe dry with a clean cloth.
•
To sanitize the appliance, fill the tank with white vinegar, let the vinegar sit for
20 minutes, rinse with fresh water and wipe dry with a clean cloth.
Storing
•
Store the appliance and its accessories in its original package in a clean and dry
area.
