- refill (No. 7).
- clean tank, pipes and filters
- clean sprayer and strainer.
- see point 4.
- check electric connections.
- check ignition transformer, ignition cords
and electrodes. Clean if necessary, and
replace defective parts.
- mount right nozzle.
- check all pipes at the suction side on leakage.
- increase the water-supply.
(not valid for HD 600-100)
- fill soaptank (No. 19) or
close dosaging cock No. 8).
- adjust safety valve (No. 15)
or repair leakage.
- check tube coil, pipes, hoses and couplings
on leakage and repair or replace if necessary.
- consult service.
- clean hose
- immerse, if necessary refill the soap tank
- clean tank and fill again with good fuel.
- check suction pipe on leakage.
- consult service.
