SLOPE
Sets the graph to display positive or negative changes in Absorbance. Choose
POSITIVE if Absorbance increases with time. Choose NEGATIVE if Absorbance
decreases with time.
RANGE
This sets the graph y-axis. Enter a number slightly larger than the change in
Absorbance expected.
FACTOR
UNITS
ENTRY page.
Enters the required description or units of Activity up to 11 alphanumeric
characters.
AUTOPRINT
When ON, results are printed automatically after each run.
Before attempting to print at any point during operation of the instrument ensure
that the printer is ready to print, ie switched on, on line and supplied with paper.
Failure to do so will result in an error condition. Press CLEAR to clear the error
message ( the system may take a little time to respond ). Ensure the printer is
ready and retry.

RATE
: Select from POSITIVE or NEGATIVE.
: Set a number in the range 0 to 3A.
: Enter the factor for Activity as a number in the range
0.001 to 9999.999.
: Enters the units of Activity using the TEXT
: Toggles between ON and OFF.
: Switches to the CELL PROG. screen (if fitted).
: Toggles the status of the Cell Programmer reference
mode (if fitted).
VIEW RESULTS - Goes to the RATE RESULTS page.
VIEW GRAPH - Goes to the RATE GRAPH page.
SAVE METHOD - Brings up the SAVE page from where
the method can be saved to the Methods Library.
MENU – Switches to the MENU page.
