• Przykręcić belkę główną haka do tylnego pasa śrubami M10x35 8.8 (pkt 4).
• W technologiczne otwory w podłużnicach włożyć tuleje dystansowe E i przykręcić lekko do podłużnic
elementy haka C i D śrubami M12x130 8.8 (pkt.1) i M12x180 8.8 (pkt.2).
• Elementy haka C i D przykręcić do belki haka A śrubami M12x35 8.8 (pkt 3).
• Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem wg tabeli.
• Przykręcić kulę śrubami M16x45 8.8.
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• Screw the main bar to the rear belt with bolts M10x35 8.8 (point 4).
• Insert the distance sleeves E in the technological holes in the metal clamps and screw slightly
the elements C and D to the metal clamps with bolts M12x130 8.8 (point 1) and M12x180 8.8 ( point 2)
• Screw the elements C and D to the main bar A with bolts M12x35 8.8 (point 3).
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table.
• Fix the ball and electric plate.
• Connect the electric wires.
• Visser la poutre du crochet d'attelage à la jupe arrière à l'aide des boulons M10x35 8.8 (point 4).
• Enler des douilles de distance E dans des trous technologiques des longerons et serrer légèrement les
éléments C et D du crochet aux longerons à l'aide des boulons M12x130 8.8 (et M12x180 8.8.
• Visser les éléments C et D du crochet à la poutre du crochet d'attelage à l'aide des boulons M12x35 8.8
(point 3).
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau.
• Visser le crochet d'attelage à l'aide des boulons M16x45 8.8.
• Raccorder le circuit électrique.
• Den Querbalken an den hinteren Karosseriesteifen mit den Schrauben M10x35 8.8 (Punkt 4) anschrauben.
• In die vom Werk aus vorhandenen in den Längsträgern Önungen, die Distanzhülsen E stecken und an
die Längsträger die Tragteile C und D mit den Schrauben M12x130 8.8 (Punkt 1) und M12x180 8.8 (Punkt 2)
locker anschrauben
• Die Tragteile C und D an den Querbalken A mit den Schrauben M12x35 8.8 (Punkt3) anschrauben.
• Alle Schrauben mit dem in der Tabelle angegebenem Drehmoment festziehen.
• Die Kugel und die Steckdosenhalterung mit den Schrauben M16x45 8.8 anschrauben.
• Die Elektroinstallation anschließen.

En los agujeros tecnológicos en los largueros deben insertarse las mangas separadoras. A tal

preparados largueros debe atornillar los componentes del gancho D y C por medio de tornillos
M12x130 8.8 (punto 1) y M12x180 8.8 (punto 2).
Atornillar la viga de la bola de remolque A a los elementos de la bola de remolque C y D, usando
x
tornillos M12x35 8.8 (p.3).
Apretar la bola y la placa de la toma eléctrica.

Apretar todos los tornillos con el par según la tabla anterior.

Conectar la instalación eléctrica.
