BEFORE INSTALLATION
Minimize materials. Less tubing means more suction. Less fittings means better air flow.
The vacuum inlets can be located in the walls, on stairs or on the floor. Determine if all areas fall within the cleaning zone of each
inlet by stretching a rope that is 3 ft. shorter than the vacuum hose.
Closets are frequently used to install Inlet Valves for hallways. The procedure is to drill through the floor of the closet, usually in
one of the corners, then through the closet or hallway walls.
Vacuum inlet parts are available as individual components or packaged as One or Three Inlet Kits. Fittings and tubing are of
PVC plastic, therefore, PVC glue is required for efficient sealing of your vacuum system. Each Inlet Kit contains the appropriate
selection of materials to complete most installations.
