• When disconnecting the appliance from power sup-
ply, never pull on the mains cable as a handle.
• Do not wind the mains cable around the appliance.
• Keep the mains cable away from hot surfaces.
• Make sure that the mains cable is not twisted or
kinked when stored.
• When using the diffuser, never set the hairdryer
to a high temperature as this could result in the
over-heating of the diffuser or hair dryer.
• Never insert or allow objects to fall into the openings
of the appliance.
• Never use the appliance where aerosol (spray)
products are being used or where oxygen is re-
leased.
• The appliance is safety insulated and radio
screened. It meets the requirements of EU Directive
2014/30/EU regarding electromagnetic compatibili-
ty and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
• The hair dryer is fitted with an over-heating pro-
tection facility. Should the appliance over-heat, the
heating process is interrupted and only cold air
flows out. After the appliance has cooled down, the
heating element will switch on again automatically.
• Do not take the back filter away, use original acces-
sories only, do not cover the back filter or the front
grill and do not damaged the power cord or the plug.
All these precautions avoid electro shocks, break-
age of internal components and different damages
to the appliance as well as overheating.
• Clean the back filter every two days and check if all
the outside parts of the appliance are intact.
• Do not leave the hairdryer switched on the floor and
on carpets. This can damage these surfaces.
• We are not liable for damage caused as a result of
improper use or failure to observe these operating
instructions.
