3/8" DR + 1/2" TWIST SOCKET SET
1. FEATURES
• The twist sockets are especially helpful when the screw nuts are worn or rusted.
• The sockets are designed to be used with ratchet wrenches. Never use them with an air wrench..
2. PRECAUTIONS
• Always read completely the instruction manual before working.
• Do not use impact tools to operate these sockets.
• Never use the tool in the areas that it is not designed for.
• DO NOT use the twist sockets to install new nuts.
CAUTION
• Always wear eye protection that meets OSHA and ANSI Z87.1 standards.
• Always wear hand gloves when working with the tool.
• Ensure the work area has adequate lighting.
• Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.
• Keep work area clean and tidy and free from unrelated materials.
• DO NOT allow untrained persons to use the kit.
3. SPECIFICATIONS
• The material used is G43400 (UNS) or SNCM439 (JIS), a type of highly hardened alloy steels.
• 10 sockets with the followed sizes: 3/8"DR sockets: 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 13mm;
1/2" DR sockets: 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 19mm, 21mm.
• Includes 2 punch bars.
• Use a 3/8"DR or 1/2"DR to operate the socket
4. INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 Choose a suitable-sized socket
Step 2 Use a wrench to unfasten the nut anticlockwise (Fig. 2).
Step 3 Use the punch bar to punch nuts stuck tightly in the socket (Fig. 4).
