3. Set aside handle and use 5/16" bit to drill a hole at
each of the three locations marked on wheel chock.

4. Align triangle base of handle with holes in wheel
chock. Position one small washer over a hole and
insert one large bolt through the washer, handle
and wheel chock. Secure bolt with one large washer
and one nut inside chock. Repeat for two remaining
holes. (See Figure 4)
