CUSTOMIZATION
If you select meat type "CUSTM" you can set the desired internal tempera-
ture manually. The default temperature is 65°C. The selectable range is
43°C to 121°C.
1. Insert probe into the meat.
2. Be sure to have the correct probe selected. "Target Temp" will flash.
3. Press +/- button to select your desired temperature. Press the
ton to confirm P1 setting. "Target Temp" will stop flashing. P1 will start
cooking automatically after confirmation. NOTE: If you hold the button
for more than 2 seconds, the digits will increase/decrease rapidly.
4. Refer to steps 1-3 for setting up probes P2/P3/P4.
5. You can cycle through P1/P2/P3/P4 by pressing the °C/°F button.
6. The audio alerts will sound and "Current Temp" value of P1/P2/P3/P4
will flash when it reaches to the target temperature.
