 Then, fold the crepe as you require: in two, into four, into a roll, into a pocket, etc.
IMPORTANT: cooking time varies as a function of temperature and thickness of crepe. As a
guide, you can make at least 20 crepes per hour. This rises to 35 crepes per hour, depending
on consistency of batter and thickness of crepe.
 After cooking or serving is complete, turn temperature control dial to « 0 » and unplug cord
from wall outlet. Let the appliance completely cool down before starting any cleaning
operation.
b) Making mini-crepes:
 Turn the thermostat knob to its max. level (level 5) and let it heat for 8 minutes. The light
indicator will switch to show the appliance is heating up to the desired temperature.
 Take the ladle supplied with the appliance. Fill it with batter and pour into one of the
indented shapes. Use the back of the ladle to spread the batter.
 To 'lift' and turn crepes, use the spatulas provided.
 Plug your appliance into a earth socket.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
 Always let the appliance to cool down for at
least 1 hour before starting any cleaning

 Clean the plates and accessories with a
sponge damped with dishwashing liquid, rinse
them and let them dry.
 When cleaning the outer, use a soft cloth (or
sponge) and neutral cleaner on the exterior
