How to use
1. Set the speed control (3) to the < 0 > position and ensure the plug is removed
from the power outlet.
2. Select the whisking (6), Mixing (7) or beating (8) attachment for the application.
3. Insert the attachments one at a time into the drive locations (5) on the
underside of the appliance main body.
4. Ensure the attachments are aligned and inserted into the correct location. Note
the Dough Hook with the collar must be inserted into the larger hole on the left
hand side of the base. See Fig.1 below.
5. Align the drive locations and push the attachments firmly into place. Note: To
remove the attachments. Turn the speed control to Off, wait for the
attachments to stop rotating and then press the EJECT button.
6. Insert the mains plug into the socket, place the beaters into the ingredients
before switching on to minimise any splashes.
7. Turn the appliance on by selecting the required speed using the ON/OFF speed
control switch (3). To switch off, return the speed control to the off < 0 >
position.
8. Pressing the Turbo switch (4) in speed controls 1 to 4 will operate the product at
maximum speed (5).
9. Please use slow speeds (1-2) to initially mix for around 30 seconds, then you can
change to higher speed settings if required.
