6.- Press the SET (b) button to set the temperature between 60°C and 100°C. The product
enables you to set the temperature in 5°C steps. Use the "+" button (c) to increase the
temperature or the "-" (d) button to lower it. Press the SET button once you have chosen the
desired temperature (PHOTO 3).
NOTE:
If you do not set a temperature manually, the "x" symbol will flash on the display
(e). When this process is completed and the display shows "100", the programmed
default temperature of 100°C will be activated.
7.- Temperature will be stable and it could be variable by +/- 3ºC.
8.- The heating time will depend on the amount of liquid added and the selected temperature.
9.- Pull the tap handle down to dispense the liquid. If you would like a continuous flow, move the
tap upwards and position it vertically (PHOTO 4).
10.- Press the ON/OFF button to turn off the product once the cycle of use is finished.

1.- Before proceeding with the cleaning, make sure that the device is unplugged and the liquid
inside is at room temperature.
2.- To move the electrical Airpot, first disconnect the cable from the power supply.
3.- Pour out the excess liquid, into a correct place for it.
4.- For the cleaning do not use abrasive products or metallic pads that can damage the surface
of the inner receptacle. Make sure of drying all the elements before re-assembling them
5.- To avoid lime building up inside the receptacle, clean it with citric acid or vinegar once a month.
6.- For long periods of not being used, store the unit in a place free of humidity and well
ventilated.
IMPORTANT:
For optimum temperature control, the contact sensor located inside
the pot must always be clean and free of any limescale or dirt
(PHOTO 1-2).
