  • Page 10 2 > WINDING THE WATCH Your watch is fitted with an automatic mechanical movement. The movement is wound via the crown or the effect of the oscillating weight. Winding via the oscillating weight takes place when the watch is on your wrist. When your watch has stopped The crown must be in the position 0, meaning it should be pressed against the case.

Having been wound, the power reserve of your watch is around 50 hours, but this does not appear on the dial. Only the chronograph power reserve appears on the dial of your watch.

  • Page 14 4 > SETTING THE TIME Position 0: winding position In this position you can manually wind your chronograph movement and watch by turning the crown. Pull the crown out a notch to change to position (1). Position 1: correcting the time To correct the time, turn the crown in the required direction.
  • Page 15 5 > TIMEKEEPING FUNCTION Switching it on/off: a single press of the push-button switches the timekeeping function on, pressing it again will switch it off.Reviving the timekeeping function: pressing the push-button again will revive the timekeeping function. Resetting the chronograph: Once the chronograph has stopped, one firm press on the push-button will send the hand of the chronograph back and the totalisers back to zero.

Ziehen Sie die Krone um eine Stufe in die Position heraus. Position 1: Korrektur der Uhrzeit Drehen Sie die Krone in beliebige Richtung, um die korrekte Uhrzeit einzustellen.
  • Page 87 5 > ZEITNAHMEFUNKTION Starten / Stoppen: Ein erstes Betätigen des Drückers startet die Zeitnahme, ein zweites Betätigen des Drückers hält sie an.Fortsetzung der Zeitnahme: Ein erneutes Betätigen des Drückers setzt die Zeitnahme fort. Nullstellen: Bei angehaltenem Chronographen stellt ein einmaliges Betätigen des Drückers den Chronographen- und die Zählerzeiger wieder auf null.

  • Page 110 4 > REGOLAZIONE DELL'ORA Posizione 0: posizione di carica In questa posizione è possibile caricare manualmente il movimento cronografo e l'orologio ruotando la corona. Estrarre la corona di uno scatto per passare in posizione (1). Posizione 1: correzione dell'ora Per correggere l'ora, ruotare la corona nel senso desiderato. Non dimenticare di riportare la corona in posizione (0).
  • Page 111 5 > FUNZIONE DI CRONOMETRAGGIO Avvio / Arresto: una prima pressione del pulsante avvia il cronometraggio, la seconda lo arresta.Ripresa del cronometraggio: premendo nuovamente il pulsante cronometraggio riprende. Azzeramento: dopo l'arresto del cronografo, premere con decisione il pulsante per riportare a zero la lancetta del cronografo e dei totalizzatori.

  • Page 113 Si fa presente che la garanzia internazionale Zenith non copre il normale invecchiamento dell'orologio, la naturale usura dei cinturini in pelle, tessuto o caucciù e i possibili graffi dovuti all'uso sulla cassa e il vetro zaffiro. L'orologio e il suo movimento meritano una cura particolare: per preservarne la precisione, i Centri di Servizio Zenith raccomandano una revisione ogni 5 anni.
