6. Store Lamp in a safe location out of
the reach of children.
rEPLAcING THE buLb
When replacing the Lamp bulb
(5), be sure to wear ANSI-
approved safety goggles. Also,
keep track of the Screws (8)
during replacement. The
Screws are very small and can
be swallowed by young
children.
1. To replace the Bulb (5), turn off the
Lamp and unplug the Power Cord
(13) from the outlet.
2. Lie down the Lamp down and set the
Adjusting Knob (9) so that the Lamp
rests on the work area with the Bulb
facing up.

3. Use a #0 Phillips screwdriver (not
included) to remove the five Screws
(8) from the Glass Frame (4). See
Figure c, above.
4. Lift the Glass Frame (4) and Arm
(10) away from the Lens Frame (2).

6. Pull the Bulb (5) out of square Bulb
Socket (7). See Figure E, above.
7. Properly dispose of old Bulb and at-
tach new 4T 12W Energy Saving bulb
to Bulb Socket (7).
