• the product's hardware components are open, drilled
through, damp or have suffered a hard fall;
• the adapter's power cable is frayed or open, so that the
metal is showing;
• the adapter housing is damaged;
• the adapter has come in contact with moisture or liquid;
• the glass of the camera is cracked or broken;
