The connection set is used to connect a diaphragm expansion tank to a safety group with ¾" connection.
NOTICE
Material damage due to mineral oils!
Mineral oil products cause lasting damage to seals made of EPDM, whereby the sealant properties are
lost. We do not assume liability nor provide warranty for damage to property resulting from sealants
damaged in this way.
It is imperative to avoid that EPDM gets in contact with substances containing mineral oils.
Use a lubricant based on silicone or polyalkylene and free of mineral oils such as
Unisilikon L250L and Syntheso Glep 1 of the Klüber company or a silicone spray.

Assembly instructions
Connection set for diaphragm expansion tank
Assembly
1. Connect the stainless-steel corrugated hose to the safety group.
Do not forget to insert the seal.
2. Choose the position for the bracket on the wall besides the
solar station. Fasten the bracket to the wall with the enclosed
wall plugs and screws.
3. Push the tank connector onto the bracket.
4. Screw the stainless-steel corrugated hose to the tank
connector. Do not forget to insert the seal.
5. Mount the expansion tank (not included in delivery) to the tank
connector.
Function of the tank connector
The tank connector allows you to isolate the expansion tank from
the solar circuit.
When you unscrew the nut, the valves in the tank connector are
automatically closed tightly by the integrated springs. The solar fluid
cannot escape, so that you can dismount the expansion tank.
