Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
•
Switch off and disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning and
maintenance.
•
Clean the external surface using a soft damp cloth. Always wipe dry after cleaning.
•
DO NOT allow any moisture to enter the interior via any air inlet/outlet.
•
The filtered air outlet and the filter cover can be cleaned with a small, soft brush.
•
The appliance contains no user serviceable parts.
Filter Cleaning/replacement
When...
When the appliance has been working for
up to 360 hours accumulatively, the "PRE-
FILTER" icon
remind the user to clean the filter.
How...
1. Switch off and disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Press the tab of the
filter cover, then remove the filter cover and HEPA filter.
2. Clean the pre-filter (exterior layer of
HEPA filter) with a soft brush. NEVER
ATTEMPT TO WASH IT!
3. Re-locate the HEPA filter and filter
cover.
4. Restart the appliance and press the
"PRE-FILTER" button for 3 seconds.

Lamp replacement (Replacement Lamp code: AK933)
When the appliance has been working for up to 7300 hours
accumulatively, "UV" will light up in blue constantly to remind the
user to replace the lamp.
To replace the lamp:
•
Remove the HEPA filter as instructed above.
•
Remove the screws that are fixing the lamp compartment cover,
then remove the cover.
•
Install a new lamp.
•
Re-locate the cover.

When the appliance has been working for up
to 2160 hours accumulatively, the "HEPA RE-
SET" icon
will light up in red to remind
the user to replace the filter (Replacement
filter code: AK932).
2. Discard the old HEPA filter properly.
NEVER ATTEMPT TO CLEAN IT! Then
install a new filter in place.
3. Re-locate the filter cover.
4. Restart the appliance and press the
"HEPA RE-SET" button for 3 seconds. The
relative icon
will disappear from the
display.
