Installation

• Make sure the filter is installed correctly: intake side – clean air side
• Filter should be installed correctly: no leaks
• Packing should not be damaged
• Filter should be clamped down in four places
• Prevent the filter medium from doubling up
• Prevent the filter from being damaged during installation
• The system must operate for a few hours to obtain the result desired
• Filter installation registration: write down the date, type, initial resistance.

New EN779:2012

The new EN779: 2012 ensured that the bag filters of many products
were subject to further development. ACS Filters made sure all its bag
filters comply with the new EN779:2012 by improving the filter
medium. Since ACS Filters manufactures a large part of its mediums,
this change could be effected quickly and the new filters could be
registered with EUROVENT immediately. The EUROVENT 'certify all'
program for air filters assures the customer of the quality of ACS
Filters.

Application

Bag filters are used for air conditioning units, air conditioning
systems, public areas, as a pre-filter for clean rooms and in the
pharmaceutical industry and food and beverage.
