Before Using Product
Read and follow all instructions carefully to ensure that your product is properly
installed. Failure to follow these instructions for the assembly of use of your
My Chair could result in serious injury or death. The safety of your child is your
responsibility. Please keep these instructions for your reference.
WARNING
Children have surffered head injuries,including skull fractures, after
falling with or from booster seats. Read all instructions and labels
before using booster seat.
• Check that booster seat is securely attached to adult chair before
each use.
• Always use restraints until child is able to get in and out of booster
seat without help(about 2 1⁄2 years old). Adjust to fit snugly.
• Until child is able to get in and out of the booster seat without help
(about 2 ½ years old), the child should be secured in the booster seat at
all times by the restraining system. The tray is not designed to hold the
child in the chair.
• Use only for a child capable of sitting upright unassisted.
• Never allow child to push away from table.
• Never lift and carry child in booster seat.
• Stay near and watch your child during use.
• Use only on adult seats that have solid flat surface and backrest.
Do not use on a stool, unstable chair or folding chair.
• The adult Chair seat width shall be at least 13.55 inches (345mm),
Seat depth shall be at least 13.15 inches (335mm),Backrest height
shall be at least 13.4 inches (340mm).
• Never use booster seat without both anchor straps securely
attached to the Adult chair. Don't use this booster seat unless all 4 feet
are securely on the surface of the chair and have at least 0.5 inch from
corresponding edges of the adult chair.
• Prevent serious injury or death. Do not use in motor vehicles.
• Prevent finger injury:unfold booster seat completely before use.
