Troubleshooting

Problem
Difficulty closing lid.
Difficulty opening lid.
Steam leaking from cooker
lid.
Steam leaking from float
valve sealing ring.
Floater does not rise up.
Contact Customer Support if any of these errors occur

Error
Silicone gasket may not be
placed correctly.
Pressure release valve
may be blocking the push
rod.
Pressure release valve
may not be falling down
properly.
Pot may still be under
pressure.
Some ingredients may be
stuck to silicone gasket.
Silicone gasket may be
broken.
Some ingredients may
stick to the anti c log filter.
The silicone gasket of the
floater may be broken.
There may not be
enough ingredients /
water to generate enough
pressure.
Steam leaking from lid or
pressure release valve.

Solution
Correctly place the
silicone gasket inside the
lid.
Make sure the push rod at
the side of the lid is aligned
correctly to the base.
Push pressure release
button.
Clean silicone gasket.
Make sure the lid is closed
as per instructions on
page 10.
Clean the anti - clog filter.
The silicone gasket of the
floater may need to be
replaced.
Ingredients or water need
to be at minimum level.
Unit may be defective.
Contact customer
support.
