profiles:
1: V30/30R: Training 30 seconds, Rest 30
seconds.
2: V1:00/1:00R...7: Training one minute, Rest
one minute. Repeat 7 times.
3: V2000m/3:00R...4: Training 2000m, Rest
three minutes. Repeat 4 times.
4: V1:40/:20R...9: Training one minute forty
seconds, Rest 20 seconds. Repeat 9 times.
Press START to begin exercising.
Press RESET to clear the console once the
exercise is finished.
