STEP 3:
Insert the wood dowels (3) into top rails (C ).
Attach the side panel (B) to the top rails (C ), middle rails (D) and lower rails (E ) with plastic
block (4), spring washers (5) and bolts (1) as shown.
Use Allen key (6) to tighten the bolts.
Turn the assembled unit upright.
