NOTE: Do not fully tighten the bolts. Leaving the bolts loose will facilitate assembly in the following steps.

Insert wood dowel (5) into the headboard bottom rail (D). Attach headboard bottom rail (D) to headboard post (A). Ensure the headboard panel (C) is in the groove of bottom rail (D).

Ensure the barrel nuts (3) are flush with center support slat (J). Attach center support slat (J) to side rails (G & H) with bolts (1). Use the Allen Key (4) to tighten bolts (1).
