When the treadmill is in the horizontal
position, release the compressed gas
suspension lock and lift the treadmill until it
is vertical. Secure the treadmill with a screw
knob on the upper right handle support. You
can now tilt the treadmill in your direction
and place it in the desired position.
Adjust the belt
The treadmill has already been adjusted at
the factory, yet all users tend to be right- or
left-footed. If the belt slips to the side, it
must be adjusted.
There are 2 adjustment screws at the rear
of the unit (Figure 3). Tighten the screw half
a turn on the side to which the tape has
slipped and loosen it the same way on the
other side. Carefully run the tape through to
make sure it is absolutely centred. Repeat
the process if the tape is still not properly
