protect against dry cooking. In case of overheating or dehydration the device switches
off automatically. Before using the device again, please press the reset button after the
device has cooled down. It may happen that this also triggers during transport, in which
case press the reset button as well.
Odours may be emitted when the device is first used. This is harmless, completely
normal and only lasts for a short time. Sufficient ventilation is recommended.
Before using the device for the first time, wash it out with hot water and clean it (boiler,
lid and the housing) with simple cleaning agents.
The device may only be used in an environment with a maximum humidity of 90%.
Place the boiler on a flat and smooth surface.
Completely unwind the cable and plug the power plug into the power outlet.
Remove the lid and place the grid in the appliance.
Place the closed preserving jars with your food on the shelf. A maximum of
14 preserving jars with a volume of one litre can be sterilised/pasteurised
simultaneously.
Fill the automatic preserving machine with water. The uppermost preserving jar
should be about 75% covered with water. Never fill up beyond the "max." mark!
Models without display:
Replace the cover and set the power switch of the unit to "On". Set the desired
temperature and time using the two buttons. After setting the cooking time, the
heating process starts automatically and maintains the set temperature. After the
time has expired, the heating switches off for safety reasons.
Models with display:
Put the lid on and set the device power switch to "On". First, set the desired
temperature for keeping food warm by pressing the temperature setting knob for 2
seconds. The initial value is 80°C. Once you have set the desired temperature with
the button, press it briefly to confirm. Then set the desired working temperature
and time using the two buttons. To start the process, press the temperature setting
knob. The timer will not start running until the set temperature is reached. This
can take up to 90 minutes,
To change the temperature or time subsequently, press the temperature setting

knob to stop the heating process. After changing, press it again to continue. When
the set time is reached, an acoustic signal sounds and the device switches to keep
warm.
IMPORTANT: Do not remove the lid during the cooking process.
After use, either place the Automatic Boiling Cooker in the sink or place a
temperature-resistant container under the switched-off appliance. Drain the water
by pressing the tap. You should then allow the automatic preserving dish to cool
down.
After it has cooled down, remove the glasses and the insert grid. Caution, the
glasses could still be hot. Let them cool down completely.

Liquids Heat:
You can also use the appliance to heat liquids such as mulled wine, soups, etc.
Fill the automatic cooker to a maximum of 5 cm below the top edge. Otherwise
the liquid could overflow. <br> - Fill the liquid into the appliance.
To distribute the heat evenly, stir regularly.
To dispense the liquid, hold a suitable container under the tap. By pulling the tap
upwards or releasing it, pour the liquid out or stop this process.
