Remove the contents from box and check for damage. Verify all parts are present. Read instructions completely before

30-0020/30-0025 Safari Bar assembly used for 2001-04 Nissan Frontier and 30-0010/30-0015 Safari Bar
NOTE:
assembly used for 2000-04 Nissan Xterra and 1998-00 Nissan Frontier.
Determine passenger and driver brackets.
STEP 2
.
Remove (2) 10mm bolts from outside of vehicle frame that attaches the bumper to frame.
STEP 3 .
If vehicle is equipped with an optional tow hook, it must be removed.
NOTE:
Attach bracket between frame and existing bumper bracket where bolts were removed and reinstall bolts. Hand tighten.
STEP 4.
Repeat for opposite side of vehicle.
Attach Safari Bar to mount brackets using 1/2" fasteners. Level and adjust Safari Bar as desired and tighten all fasteners.
STEP 5.
Recommended torque values are25- 30 Ft. Lbs. for 1/2" fasteners and 15-20Ft. Lbs. for 10mm fasteners.
FINISH PROTECTION
Westin products have a high quality finish that must be cared for like any other exposed finish on the vehicle. Protect the finish with a non-abrasive automotive wax,
(e.g. Pure Carnauba) on a regular basis. The use of any soap, polish or wax that contains an abrasive is detrimental, as the compounds scratch the finish and open it to
corrosion.

Identifique los soportes del lado del acompañante y el conductor.
PASO 2.
Retire los pernos (2) de 10 mm de la parte externa de la carrocería del vehículo que sujetan el parachoques a

Si el vehículo viene con un gancho de remolque opcional, debe retirarlo.
NOTA:
Instale el soporte entre la carrocería y el soporte existente del parachoques donde sacó los pernos y vuelva a
