defective product or product component or (at Kerr's discretion) reimburse‐
ment of the price of the defective product provided it has been paid. In order
to make claims under the present limited warranty, the defective product
must be returned to Kerr by mail. Kerr shall in no case be liable for indirect
damage, incidental damage or secondary damage. WITH THE EXCEP‐
TION OF THE AFOREMENTIONED, KERR PROVIDES NO OTHER
GUARANTEES, WHETHER IT BE EXPRESSLY OR IMPLICITLY; AND
NO GUARANTEES WITH REGARD TO THE DESCRIPTION, QUALITY
OR SUITABILITY FOR THE INTENDED USE.
