2. PRINCIPE
Le nouveau mélangeur AGP2 (70...1700kW) permet
le mélange de gaz à pressions égales
(P air = P gaz)
Par rapport aux mélangeurs type "Venturi forcé",
notre système assure un mélange air/gaz homogène
dans une large plage de modulation de puissance en
assurant un ratio constant.
Par rapport aux AGP, l'AGP2 permet l'utilisation de
la ligne gaz principale ou de celle de secours avec un
seul mélangeur

3. AVANTAGES ET FONCTIONS

Le nouveau mélangeur AGP (70...1700kW) regroupe
dans un même ensemble les avantages et fonctions
suivantes :
 L'installation sur la ligne gaz principale et la ligne
de secours (GPL) permettant à l'utilisateur de
choisir l'une ou l'autre à l'aide d'un simple
commutateur sans
manipulation.
 Ce mélangeur permet un gain de temps
considérable lors de l'utilisation de la ligne gaz de
secours et réduit les coûts tant à la fabrication
qu'à l'utilisation
 Assure le mélange air/gaz avec une parfaite
stabilité.
 Régule le ratio air/gaz (Grande souplesse et
constance du ratio avec une rangeabilité de 5 :1
sur la puissance).
 Corrige automatiquement :
o Les variations de la pression du gaz.
o Les variations du débit d'air de combustion.
 Pression de sortie mélange élevée : 85mBar.
 Souplesse d'utilisation avec un mélangeur par
zone :
o Possibilité de Ratio différent entre les zones.
o En cas de mise en sécurité, une seule zone est
stoppée.
 Mise en sécurité en cas de mauvais réglage du
mini mélange.
 Adaptabilité en puissance en fonction du process
sans échange du mélangeur.

system ensure a homogeneous air/gas mixing over a
large power modulation range by ensuring a
constant ratio.
Compared to the AGP, the AGP2 allows the use of the
main or emergency gas line with a single mixer

The new mixer AGP (70...1700kW) combines the

 The installation on the main gas line and the
emergency line (LPG) allows the user to choose
one or the other with a simple switch without any
dismantling or manipulation.
 This mixer saves considerable time when using the
emergency gas line and reduces manufacturing
and operating costs.
 Ensure the air/gas mixing with a perfect stability.
 Control air/gas ratio (Great flexibility and
constancy of the ratio with a range of 5:1 on the
power).
 Automatically corrects:
o Variations of gas pressure.
o Variations of the air flow of combustion.
 High output pressure of mixing: 85mBar.
 Flexibility in use with a mixer by zone:
o Possibility of different Ratio between the
zones.
o In case of put in safety, only one zone is
stopped.
 Safety lockout in the event of bad adjustment of
the mini mixture.
