the programming switch while
inserting the main wires harness (
into the CAN module.
The LED will illuminate to indicate you are in
programming mode, release the
programming button.
Connect
the other connectors

WARNING: Connector 2 can be easily
plugged in backwards.

Turn the key to the
"ON" position
Once the LED starts to flash rapidly
the key to the
OFF position
The LED will flash until you
press the
OEM remote lock button
.
The LED will turn off to indicate the
module has been programmed.
The CAN is now ready for use.

You have 60 seconds to complete the following procedure

After 15 seconds
Check engine will stop flashing, turn the ignition OFF and remove the
key. If the programming fails wait 3 to 5 minutes before trying to
program again
The PATS is now programmed.
Reassemble the key.

Connector 1 (Black):
Make 3 to 4 loose loops in front of the ignition
barrel.(Behind the plastic cover) (Secure the
wire with tie-wrap.)
Connector 2 (White):
Make the connections
Two (2) functional keys are required for
programming. Insert the first key into
the ignition switch and turn the
Ignition ON
Turn the key
first key.
Insert the second key and turn the
ignition ON
Turn the key
first key.
Remove back cover and internal
circuit (Circuit Board) from key-
remote (as battery replacement).
Place the
(without circuit board) against
PATS as shown on box label.
Keep both pieces together
insert this key-remote into the
ignition switch and
both

chime
will sound. The
