Read all instructions and review illustrations before
installing.

This assembly includes:
(1) Mounting plate
(9) Flat washer
(9) Lock washer
(5) 1 / " long machine screw

(1) 4mm Allen wrench
Hardware for attaching base to table top is shipped with
each base. Be sure to locate hardware before discarding
base packaging material.
Wood products are heavier then they appear and
may be hard to control when moving. Use two or
more people when moving wood products or severe
personal injury may result.
Heavy panels can pinch or crush fingers. Do not
place fingers between or under panels during
assembly.
Assembly:
1. Refer to Illustration 1. Position mounting plate onto top
of pedestal and align holes, at center of mounting plate,
with holes in top edge of pedestal.
Use the 4mm Allen wrench (from hardware pack) to
install five 1
pack) through a lock washer and a flat washer (from
Glide
hardware pack), through a hole in mounting plate, and
into a hole in top edge of pedestal. Fully tighten screws.

2. Refer to Illustration 2. With mounting plate down, set
insert
pedestal onto floor.
Attach four legs to pedestal. Insert leg bolt (attached to
end of each leg) into through hole at base of pedestal.
Inside opening at base of pedestal, attach a flat washer,
a lock washer, and a nut (from hardware pack) onto end
of leg bolt. Use
tighten nut (do not over-tighten nut).
3. Refer to Illustration 3. Locate threaded inserts in bottom
of each leg. Thread a glide into each insert until glides
is flat against bottom of leg.
