Note Please use the pre-drilled holes on the gunnel as guides to attach the pieces.
If the holes are obstructed with plastic, use a 1/4'' drill bit to clear the plastic from the holes.
Note: Utiliser les trous percés dans le plat-bord comme guide pour fixer les pièces. Si certains
trous sont obstrués par du plastique, vous pouvez les dégager en perçant avec un foret 1/4''.
• HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE HANDLES (PS0424)
A) Place two QC0071 nuts, one inside each of the two cavities on the handle as shown below.
B) Slide the handle under the end cap and attach it to the canoe with two QC0182 screws
and two QC0142 washers, using a #2 Philipsscrewdriver. Headscrews and washers
should be installed outside the canoe. Repeat for the other handle.
COMMENT ASSEMBLER LES POIGNÉES (PS0424)
A) Insérer deux écrous QC0071 dans les cavités de la poignée prévues à cet effet tel qu'illustré.
B) Glisser la poignée sous la pointe du canot et la fixer avec deux vis QC0182 et deux rondelles QC0142, à l'aide
d'un tournevis Philips #2. Les têtes de vis et les rondelles vont à l'extérieur du canot. Répéter pour l'autre poignée.
• HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE SEATS (PS1382-109/PS1382/PS1383-109/PS1383/PS1384-109/PS1384)
A) Place one of the flotation foams into one of the seat supports. In order to adjust the foam tightly into the support,
some pressure is needed. Rest the base of the support on a flat and sturdy surface and press the foam firmly until it
reaches the bottom of the support. Repeat for the other support.
B) Attach the seat support to the front seat and the back seat with the QC0096 screws, using a #2 Philips screwdriver.
As guides for the screws, use the predrilled holes under the seat.
C) Make sure that the keelson is well installed in the canoe's keel as shown below.
D) Attach the front seat, the central seat and the back seat to the canoe's gunnels with the QC0148
screws, the QC0142 washers and the QC0071 nuts, using a #2 Philips screwdriver and a 3/8" wrench.
Headscrews and washers should be installed inside the canoe and the nuts outside.
COMMENT ASSEMBLER LES SIÈGES(PS1382-109/PS1382/PS1383-109/PS1383/PS1384-109/PS1384)
A) Insérer un bloc de flottaison dans un des supports de siège. Comme le bloc doit être bien ajusté dans le support,
il est conseillé d'appuyer la base du support sur une surface plane et de bien pousser la mousse jusqu'au fond du
cône. Répéter pour les autres supports.
B) Fixer les supports aux sièges centrale avant et arrière avec les vis QC0096, à l'aide d'un tournevis Philips #2.
Utiliser les trous pré-percés sous le siège pour guider les vis.
C) S'assurer que le renfort de quille est bien positionné dans la quille du canot tel qu'illustré.
D) Fixer les sièges avant, central et arrière avec les vis QC0148, les rondelles QC0142 et les
écrous QC0071, à l'aide d'un tournevis Philips #2 et d'une clé 3/8''. Les têtes de vis et les
rondelles doivent être placées à l'intérieur du canot et les écrous à l'extérieur du canot.
