To prevent serious injury or death, securely install enclosure and use according to manufacturer's
instructions and warnings.
• NEVER use with a child able to climb over, dislodge, or open the enclosure.
• NEVER leave child unattended.
• To prevent falls, NEVER use at the top of the stairs.
• Intended for use ONLY with children 6 months up to 24 months of age.
• To prevent entrapment, space between bottom of enclosure and floor must be LESS THAN 3 inches (7.62 cm).
• Enclosure MUST be used on level, solid floor, ground or similar surface.
• ALWAYS keep enclosure securely locked in a closed position.
• Use ONLY with locking mechanism securely engaged.
• To prevent falls, DO NOT step over enclosure.
• STOP using enclosure if any parts are missing or become damaged.
• This enclosure will NOT necessarily prevent all accidents.
• STRANGULATION HAZARD:
- DO NOT place in any location where there are cords such as window blind cords, drapes, phone cords, or other possible
strangulation hazards.
- Pets can force themselves into very small openings. Use this enclosure only with pets whose head or body WILL NOT fit into
openings in the enclosure, or between the enclosure and the floor.
• Ensure child is kept away from the enclosure when closing or opening it to prevent injury to the child, such as from pinching.
• The enclosure is designed to be used only in configurations consisting of 5 to 8 panels.

the panels to form a hexagon, as shown.
