    1. Please read and observe all safety and operating instructions before installing your P-8 PRO C unit. Retain these instruc- tions for future reference. 2. Your P-8 PRO C unit should not be used near water – for example, near a bathtub, kitchen sink, laundry tub, in a wet base- ment, near a swimming pool, etc.

    5. Route the power cord and other cables so that they are not likely to be walked on, tripped over, or stressed. Pay particular atten- tion to the condition of the cords and cables at the plugs, and the point where they exit your P-8 PRO C unit. To prevent risk of fire or injury, damaged cords and cables should be replaced immediately.

    Input voltage is above 135-140 volts, causing power to the unit’s outlets to be shut down. Action needed: Correct the line voltage and then turn the unit on. Consider installing a Furman voltage regulator if this is a common occurrence.
  • Page 6 Furman products purchased through the Internet do not carry a valid Product Warranty unless purchased from an Authorized Furman Internet Dealer and the original factory serial numbers are intact (they must not have been removed, defaced or replaced in any way). Purchasing from an Authorized Furman Internet Dealer insures that the product was intended for consumer use, has passed all quality inspections and is safe.
