Actions intended to enforce the lack of conformity not hidden by Louis Vuitton with fraud shall in any event lapse
after twenty-six months from delivery of the Louis Vuitton goods. Consumers who have been summoned to perform
the contract may in any event enforce their rights provided that the lack of conformity was notified within two months
from discovery thereof, and prior to the expiry of the period referred to in the foregoing sentence. In other words,
if the defect appears in the last month of the warranty period, the consumer has two additional months to notify
the lack of conformity. Overall, your right to exercise the legal guarantee expires in 26 months.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to the Republic of Korea
For any issues in relation to consumer protection and related disputes that are not addressed in this international limited
guarantee, the Framework Act on Consumer, the Criteria for the Consumer Disputes Resolution (the "Criteria") enacted
based on the Framework Act on Consumers and the Civil Act would apply.
For any issues in relation to consumer protection and related disputes that are addressed in this international limited
guarantee, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions would apply.
