The safety gate has a specific spacer that allows you to
adjust and tension the cranks correctly. Place the spacer
in correspondence with the closing device, then tighten
the cranks until the two ends of the safety gate do not
touch the spacer (diagram F1 – F2).
WARNING: Before using the safety gate, ensure that it is
fitted and assembled correctly.
HOW TO OPEN THE SAFETY BARRIER GUARD
Press the upper button located in correspondence with
the handle of the safety gate and, whilst keeping it
pressed down, also press the lower button (see diagram
G).
It is not necessary to raise the safety barrier guard.
HOW TO CLOSE THE SAFETY BARRIER GUARD
Once opened, the safety gate closes and locks automati-
cally. The safety gate can also be closed by hand, simply
by pushing it. Do not slam the gate of the safety barrier
guard, to check that the safety gate is shut properly, make

WARNING: Always ensure that the safety gate is safely
closed and blocked before leaving it unattended.
HOW TO REMOVE THE SAFETY BARRIER GUARD
This safety gate has anti-tampering cranks. The two
cranks placed in correspondence with the top part of the
safety gate can be loosened only when the guard is open
and the pressure is decreased by moving the lateral bars
away from the anchoring surfaces.
EXTENSIONS
Extensions (diagram I) are available in 3 sizes: 72 mm, 144
mm, 360 mm.
WARNING: Do not use more than one extension at a
time.
WARNING: Do not extend the safety gate over 117 cm.
