GENERAL AND SAFETY INFORMATION
– Only clean the appliance with food safe detergents. Never use corrosive and flammable
cleaning products or products that may contain and/or emit harmful substances.
– Clean and disinfect the appliance wearing personal safety devices especially when de-
tergents are used.
– Do not clean the appliance under running water to avoid damaging parts and devices in-
stalled.
– In the event of prolonged appliance disuse, clean and thoroughly dry all its parts (internal
and external). CLOSE THE GAS MAINS LINE and make sure the room conditions are
suited to preserve the appliance in time.

SAFETY AND INFORMATION SIGNS

Safety signals are affixed to the appliance areas with RESIDUAL RISKS to inform the
user of their existence.
– The illustrations depict the safety and information signs affixed on the
equipment.
– Burn hazard: warns to be careful of hot surfaces.
– Electrical shock hazard: this indicates the need to turn power off (or
unplug the power cord) before working on electrical connections.
– Gas specifications: lists the gas specifications for the country of use (gas type, gas
pressure, etc.).
– A plate with the various gas specifications and references for the country of use is affixed
to the appliance (near the gas coupling).
– If the gas mains do not correspond to the one used for inspection, before connecting the
gas mains, the installation technician must "transform" the appliance and indicate the
type of gas in use on the plate.
– The illustrations show the plates according to the type of appliance.
