eARC OFF: Audio playback from HDMI input via Out 2
EDID out 1: the EDID is used by the TV set so that it can play the
audio & video format
EDID out 2: the audio EDID of the AV receiver is used, so that
higher audio formats are also supported The TV set may then
have no sound. (The EDID setting only has an effect if eARC OFF
/ is switched off)
4. Input for an external HDMI source:
Audio & Video are routed to TV via OUT 1, please switch eARC to
OFF, via OUT 2 the AVR receives the sound
The HDMI source uses the selected EDID of OUT1 or 2
5. HDMI output OUT1 for connection to HDMI eARC/ARC on the
television
6. HDMI output OUT2 for connecting an AV receiver or soundbar
with HDMI input. Here, a black screen picture 720p with the
sound from a television or HDMI input is output
