Clock-Setting
Press PROGRAMM once and the word CLOCK appears in the display.
Press STUNDE to set the desired hour (24 hours mode available).
Press MINUTE to set the minutes.
Wait for around 15 seconds until the light of the display turns off and the word CLOCK
disappears. The time is set now.
Timer-Setting
You can program the timer function up to 24h ahead so that the coffeemaker starts brewing
coffee at your desired time in the near future Press PROGRAMM and the word CLOCK
appears in the display.
Fill the water tank with fresh water and fill the filter with coffee powder first.
Press PROGRAMM twice and the word TIMER appears in the display.
Press STUNDE to set the desired hour (24 hours mode available).
Press MINUTE to set the minutes.
Press the TIMER button. The green light will shine. The timer is now set. The coffeemaker will
start the brewing process at your desired time.
(Should you want to interrupt the timer function prior to brewing, simply press the EIN/AUS
button once and the timer control lamp goes off indicating that the timer function has been
cancelled)

Decalcification

Lime must be removed regularly, at least once per month. Use commercial liquid lime solvent
only and follow the instructions stated on the package. The guarantee is not valid for defects
caused by lime deposits.

Cleaning

Caution danger of electric shock! Never immerse the appliance into water.
Always disconnect the appliance from power supply before cleaning to avoid risk of
electrical shock.

Just wipe the housing with a damp cloth. The jug, lid, removable filter holder and filter can
be cleaned with warm water, some washing-liquid and a soft brush. After cleaning rinse
with clean water and dry. The removable filter holder. Open the filter holder and lift
up a little. Then the filter holder will release and can be removed easily.

Do not use sharp objects for cleaning the appliance to avoid destroying the sensitive
surface. Do not use strong detergents to clean.

If not in use the cord can be placed inside of the water tank to safe space.

Do not store the appliance next to a heating element to avoid damage.

Store the unit in a dry place where it is protected from heat, humidity, dust,
falling down. Store the unit unapproachable for small children.
