Caution! Danger of burning! The appliance heats up very quickly and cools down very
slowly. Therefore always beware of hot parts, hot water and steam during use. Always touch
the appliance at the handles only.

Your egg boiler may boil up to 7 eggs per cooking session.
Carefully peck the eggs using the egg pecker (at the bottom of measuring cup) before

putting them onto the egg tray.
Place the egg tray onto the motor unit.

Fill measuring cup with cold, clear water. Amount of water depends on the number of

eggs to be boiled as well as on the desired cooking degree (soft, medium or hardboiled).
The measuring cup has 3 scales to determine the required amount of water (indications
are in English, German, and French):
Scale 1 – soft, weich, mollet
Scale 2 – medium, mittel, medium
Scale 3 – hard, hart, dur
For example: To boil 4 soft eggs, use scale no. 1 and fill in water up to 4.
Do not add any substances to the water (e.g. salt. etc.)

Pour water onto the heating plate.

Place cover onto the egg tray and make sure they are well in place on the motor unit.

Connect the plug to a properly installed wall socket and set switch I/O to

I (= On). The switch's pilot light lights up. The water begins to heat up on the heating plate.

Attention: Parts of the appliance are very hot during use! Only touch by the handles.
Attention: Burning hazard! The water boils and steam escapes through the cover opening. Do
not shift the appliance and do not remove cover during operation!
The buzzer signals that the eggs are done as soon as the water on the heating plate has
