y For personal safety, always confirm the rating of any known hazardous or potentially
hazardous location where the charger is to be used.
y This product has a 3 prong polarized plug on the power cord. Do not attempt to bypass
this safety feature by removing the round plug and defeat his safety feature. This plug will
fit into a grounded outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, contact a
qualified electrician. Never use with a two wire extension cord.

MOUNTING THE CHARGER
WARNING: While the Nightstick Cap Lamp is certified as an Intrinsically Safe
Permissible product, the charger is NOT Intrinsically Safe. The charger MUST be
installed in a location far enough outside of the hazardous environment to ensure
that it can never come in contact with any potentially explosive materials.
The Nightstick 5560-CHGR50 bank charger is designed to mount to any flat, dry surface
however special mounting requirements may require different hardware. 1/4" lag bolts,
masonry bolts, or wood screws are recommended to mount the charger depending on what
type of surface you are mounting to.
y Select a location to install the charger making sure to check what is on the other side of
the mounting surface...no electrical wires, water lines, etc.
y The other consideration for determining the mounting location of the charger is the
distance to the AC wall outlet. Please check to make sure that the cord will reach the
charger when it is plugged in. Otherwise, relocate the charger's installation location as
needed.
y Once the charger has been mounted, plug the cord into the power outlet.
y The charger is now ready to use.
PLACING THE CAP LAMP INTO THE CHARGER
The Nightstick 5560-CHGR50 charger is designed to securely hold 50 properly installed
Nightstick Cap Lamps in place.
y Face the bezel portion of the Cap Lamp downward and push the rectangular end of the
Cap Lamp into the individual charging ports until the light snaps securely into place.
y When the Cap Lamp is properly seated in the charger, the LED Charge Indicator light
will turn solid RED indicating that the Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery is charging. The
Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery is fully charged when the LED Charge Indicator light
turns GREEN.
REMOVING THE CAP LAMP FROM THE CHARGER
y While positioned in front of the charger, grasp the Cap Lamp around the bezel and gently
pull on the light until it snaps out of the charging port.
y The light has now been safely removed from the charger and is ready to use.

2 YEAR WARRANTY
Bayco Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and
materials to the original purchaser for 2 years from the date of purchase, and includes the
LEDs, housing, lenses, electronics, switches, rechargeable batteries and chargers. Bulbs
(other than LEDs) are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.

MONTAGE DU CHARGEUR
AVERTISSEMENT: Même si le culot de la lampe Nightstick est certifié comme
un produit admissible à sécurité intrinsèque, le chargeur n'est PAS à sécurité
intrinsèque. Le chargeur DOIT être installé dans un emplacement assez loin d'un
environnement dangereux pour est certain de ne jamais entrer en contact avec des
matériaux potentiellement inflammables.
La banque de chargeurs Nightstick 5560-CHGR50 est conçue pour être montée sur
n'importe quelle surface sèche plate cependant des exigences de montage spéciales
peuvent requérir différent matériel. Des tirefonds de 1/4 pouce, des boulons de maçonnerie,
ou des vis à bois sont recommandés pour monter le chargeur selon le type de surface de
l'installation.
y Choisir un emplacement pour installer le chargeur en vous assurant de vérifier ce qui est
de l'autre côté de la surface d'installation...aucun fil électrique, aucune conduite d'eau, etc.
y Un autre point à considérer pour déterminer l'emplacement de l'installation du chargeur,
est la distance de la prise murale c.a. Veuillez vérifier que le cordon atteindra le chargeur
lorsqu'il est branché. Sinon, veuillez relocaliser l'installation du chargeur selon le besoin.

PLACER LE CULOT DE LA LAMPE DANS LE CHARGEUR
Le chargeur Nightstick 5560-CHGR50 est conçu pour soutenir de façon sécuritaire 50
culot de lampes installé bien en place.
y Placer la partie de la collerette du culot de la lampe vers le bas et pousser l'embout
rectangulaire du culot de la lampe dans une des unités de chargement jusqu'à ce que la
lumière s'enclenche bien en place.
y Lorsque le culot de lampes est bien installé dans le chargeur, la lumière du voyant
indicateur DEL tourne au rouge indiquant que la batterie rechargeable au lithium-ion est
en chargement. La batterie rechargeable au lithium-ion est complètement chargée lorsque
le voyant indicateur DEL passe au VERT.
ENLEVER LE CULOT DE LA LAMPE DU CHARGEUR
y Il faut vous placer devant le chargeur et saisir le culot de la lampe autour de la collerette
et tirer délicatement sur la lampe jusqu'à ce qu'elle sorte de l'unité du chargeur.
y La lampe a maintenant été bien enlevée du chargeur et est prête à l'utilisation.
