EX9382/9381 LEATHER EXECUTIVE CHAIR
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Remove all parts from carton, separate by part numbers indicated on parts
list, and verify part quantities.
STEP 1.
Insert five Casters (2) into Base (1). Be sure all casters are
inserted properly. Insert Pneumatic Cylinder (3) into Base (1) and slip Bellows (4) over Pneumatic Cylinder (3).
STEP 2.
Attach Adjustable Seat Plate (5) to Seat Cushion (6) with the arrow towards the front of the chair, using four
1" Screws (9). TIGHTEN ALL FOUR SCREWS COMPLETELY.
Attach Back Support (12) to Adjustable Seat Plate (5) using three 5 /8" Screws (8).
STEP 3.
STEP 4.
Align the holes in the Arms (11L and 11R) with the holes on the bottom of the Seat Cushion (6). Using three

" Screws (10) for each arm, attach Arms (11L and 11R) to Seat Cushion (6).
FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS.
STEP 5.
Place all the assembled seat on top of Pneumatic Cylinder (3) and apply downward pressure.
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE ALL SCREWS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING CHAIR.
