Aim the rangefinder at the golf flag or pin, and press the OPEN button until the
distance is displayed on the LCD screen. The device will vibrate to confirm the
acquisition of the distance.
8. Scan function
The rangefinder can be used to measure in constant operation.
The Scan function works both in Golf mode and in Golf mode with vibration signal.
To use the Scan function, simply hold down the OPEN button and move the
rangefinder from object to object while leaving the OPEN button depressed (the
"scan" indication appears on the LCD screen above the distance reading).
The Scan function will allow the distance to be continuously updated as multiple
objects are targeted.
The device can only scan from further distance to near distance.
The Scan mode is helpful for measuring small or moving targets.
9. Range accuracy
The ranging accuracy of the product is plus or minus 1 m/y under most
circumstances.
The product measures the time a laser beam takes to travel from the rangefinder
to the target and back. The maximal range may vary according to climatic and
environmental condition, as well as the color, surface finish, size, shape and other
characteristics of the target.
