International Warranty OFFSHORE LIMITED
OFFSHORE LIMITED grants you, from the date of purchase, a guarantee of twenty-four (24) months, with the terms of this guarantee.
The international OFFSHORE LIMITED covers defects in materials and workmanship existing at the time of delivery of the watch, watch ("defects").
The guarantee comes into force if the guarantee certificate is dated, filled in completely and correctly.
During the warranty period and upon presentation of valid warranty certificate, you are entitled to have any defect repaired for free.
If the normal operation of your watch OFFSHORE LIMITED could be restored by repairs
OFFSHORE LIMITED undertakes to replace it with a watch OFFSHORE LIMITED identical or similar characteristics.
Guaranteeing the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.
This warranty does not cover:
- The battery life.

All other claims in respect of OFFSHORE LIMITED, eg for damages other than those defined in this warranty are expressly excluded, except for rights demands that the buyer
may assert against the manufacturer .
The manufacturer's warranty:
- Is independent of any warranty that may be provided by the seller and for which he shall assume sole responsibility.
- Does not affect the rights of the buyer to the seller nor any other mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the latter.
