Ever y set of S hinola S peakers is warranted for three (3) years against manufac turing defec t s under the terms
and conditions of our Limited Warrant y a s de scribed herein . Agreement with the terms of this limited warrant y
is a condition of your purcha se . A ny defec tive component (subjec t to the exclusions set for th below) will be
repaired or replaced by S hinola . If we c annot repair your speakers and the exac t model is not available for
replacement , a model of equa l va lue will be provided . A copy of the receipt or your completed online produc t
registration is required a s proof of purcha se .

A ny thing not within S hinola's control . S pecific a lly, this warrant y sha ll not cover damage c aused by improper
handling , use or c are on the par t of the owner or any third par t y (other than any authorized S hinola sa le s or
ser vice personnel), including , but not limited to connec ting a pre -amplified power source to the speaker input .
A n accident of any kind , negligence , or any intentiona l ac t by the owner or any third par t y.

This Limited Warrant y sha ll not apply and sha ll be void with re spec t to (I) speakers with seria l numbers (loc ated
on the back plate) that have been defaced or a ltered or (II) any repair, a lteration , or modific ation made by
persons other than S hinola personnel or a S hinola authorized dea ler or ser vice provider.
