4 Make sure unit is properly plugged in and outlet is energized.
4 Make sure unit turned ON.
4 Make sure nothing is blocking air inlet and filtered air outlets.
4 Check condition of the filter and replace if necessary.
4 Make sure parts are firmly positioned in place.
