3-Way Mount as shown below.
Disassemble
Remove nut & shake
proof washer
Remove bolt &
plastic washer
Add thread lock on
all threads with tube
provided

Mount disc washer with
lip in the DOWN position
Fasten nut with lip in
the UP position
