Q1 How can I cool the beads more quickly?
A1 If you intend to use the CB-200D-IB to keep samples cool, then the bucket and beads
can be stored in a refrigerator and then inserted into the unit when required.
Q2 Is it possible to sterilise the beads?
A2 Yes. Place the beads in a suitable container and autoclave as you would for sterilising other
equipment. The beads can be autoclaved at up to 134°C.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Note that this equipment should only be dismantled by properly trained personnel. Removing
the outer cover exposes potentially lethal mains voltages. There are no user serviceable parts within this
equipment.
FAULT FINDING
Should you have any problems with your CB-200D-IB which cannot be easily remedied, you
should contact your supplier and return the unit if necessary. Please include details of the fault
observed and remember to return the unit in its original packing. Antylia Scientific accepts no
responsibility for damage to units which are not properly packed for shipping: if in doubt, contact
your supplier, giving the full serial number of the unit.
