INSTALLATION
The EH1464 must be permanently fixed to a wall.
Draw a horizontal line on the wall and mark the centre point. Drill two holes
285mm (11¼") either side of the centre and insert wall plugs.
Drill a third hole 10mm above the centre point, and insert a wall plug.
Insert screws into the outer two wall plugs and screw in until there is a gap of
about 3mm between the screw head and the wall.
Place the heater so that the holes in the rear panel go over the screw heads,
then move it 15mm to the right so that it hangs securely from the screws.
Insert a screw through the metal bracket on the upper part of the case of the
heater into the third wall plug and fix the heater securely to the wall
PAT TESTING
When used in a workplace, this product must be safety-tested yearly by a
qualified electrician (PAT Tested) in order to comply with the Electricity at Work
Regulations.
We recommend that it is PAT tested regularly when used in a domestic
environment.

GENERAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Domestic wiring must be tested periodically by a qualified electrician at least
once every 10 years or at every change of occupancy.
For office and retail premises, and buildings such as village halls, the wiring must
be inspected at least once every 5 years.
It is recommended that all buildings be fitted with smoke alarms (it is mandatory
for new buildings).
